Already at creation it speaks of this serpent that lies to Eve and then Eve in her delusion unintentionally misleads Adam as well. Here is the place to think about the difference between sin and mistake. We are all born imperfect and make mistakes, violations against the principles of Divine laws, but these mistakes are from ignorance and from the weakness of our human nature. Because there are also sins that are conscious, desired and the goal of some people who carry such a spirit of hatred toward others. For this main essential difference I think when I read how Jesus before the gathered multitude tells a parable with which he explains the structure of the world and what categories God has created. He explained the parable later when he was alone with the Apostles. Clearly He judged that the time had not come to tell the truth directly, but it had to be in parables, so that the truths could be perceived and borne by the multitude of gathered people. When they were alone Jesus explained the parable clearly and precisely, because the Apostles were advanced in knowledge. And now I will not spare you the truth and tell it with children's stories, because the time has come already to eat solid food, not milk, as it is said in the Word that solid food is for those who know:

In the beginning was the Word; and the Word was with God; and the Word was God.

Genesis 1

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

And so it describes how everything around us was created, but most have read the Bible and have an idea and opinion on many questions related to the interpretation and the hidden and obvious intent of what is written in this Holy book. Since I want to present to you a question related to eternal life and more precisely what the Book of books says about what the Father's requirements are for life without death, I will emphasize quotes and my views on this question.

I will start from the beginning of creation, when God describes the garden of Eden.

Genesis 2

8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.

9 The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

In the Garden of Eden together with the other trees for food for Adam and Eve there are two trees: the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

After Adam and Eve violated their Father's commandment, God did this:

Genesis 3

22 And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”

23 So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.

24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

From which the conclusions are:

1. The apple is the tree of knowledge.

2. Knowledge is understanding what is good and what is evil.

3. The Tree of Life is guarded by cherubim, so that its fruits are not eaten, while the tree for knowledge of good and evil is left at the disposal of Adam and Eve and subsequent generations.

And since Adam and Eve did not have full knowledge, further on God says:

Genesis 3

24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

From this verse we understand that Adam and Eve are expelled from paradise so that, as progenitors of the human race, they can lay the foundations of humanity, which through thousands of years of history manages to reach the depths of knowledge for life without death. This is a very long and painfully difficult path to understanding. And what is said further, that God placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life. Therefore there will be no Tree of Life (eternal life without dying) until all fruits from the tree of Knowledge are eaten and the condition for eternal life without death is fully understood. There is no life without knowledge. The truth will set you free.

Everything in the Garden of Eden was created in harmony with the essence of Adam and Eve, but only the apple was a test for how Adam and Eve could become free.

The serpent in the Garden of Eden said: You will not die when you eat the apple. But this was against the Spirit of Adam and Eve. Because they ate something that was not according to their feelings and sensations of harmony. And the Spirit is the feeling and sensation of harmony, balance and unity with the whole. The serpent violates this perfection, from which follows a wounded Spirit. And without Spirit there is no life. This is the first lie that inflicts a mortal wound on the Spirit.

Adam and Eve then did not pass this test, but now after thousands of years of suffering their descendants realize where the Truth is. People, whom God created and are Wheat, and when they follow their essence, only then can they be happy and immortal. Can we understand with what purpose God created us and what our calling is?
